Supplemental Instructor (SI) Leader -(FWS)
Supplemental Instructors (SI Leaders) work with selected course and attend lecture, meet weekly with instructor and host group study sessions in Waters Library study rooms. Undergraduate students only. Faculty recommendation is required.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Meet with students in 50 minutes time increments and tutor in Math or assigned subjects.
- Schedule weekly appointments with faculty member.
- Provide quality customer service.
- Collaborate and communicate with supervisor.
- Send weekly emails to student inviting them to study sessions.
- Complete reports in EAB once session is complete.
- Perform other task assigned.
Preferred Education/Skills/Experience:
GPA of 3.0 or higher, "A" in course that you are an SI Leader.
