Operation Staff - Work Study

Job Description:

The Building Operation student staff provide assistance for the daily operations of the Rayburn Student Center.  They have the responsibility of setting up rooms for meetings and events, help keep the building clean, and assist building managers when necessary.  

 

Qualities and Skills required:

·    Positive Attitude

·    Excellence in customer service

·    Verbal and written communication

·    Punctuality

·    Some bending, kneeling, and lifting

·    Able to lift up to 30lbs

 

Qualities and Skills preferred:

·    CPR/First Aid/AED certification

·    Fast paced

·    Team oriented

·    Task oriented

 

Area: Events and Operations

Supervision: Operations Coordinator

Starting Hourly Pay Rate: $10.00/hour

Hours/Week: No more than 19 hours per week

Level: Entry
