Location: Binnion Hall, 1st Floor
Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic student worker to join our team in the Community Psychology Clinic. This position provides an excellent opportunity for students to gain valuable work experience and understand the importance of mental health, confidentiality, and ethical procedures while balancing their academic commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support, including making copies, answering phones, and performing data entry.
Assist in the preparation and organization of outreach activities and presentations.
Respond to inquiries from students-clinicians and clients in a professional manner.
Help maintain inventory records and organize storage areas in the clinic.
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations in the clinic.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled as a student at Texas A&M University-Commerce.
Must have a valid Federal Work Study permit.
Must adhere to confidentiality and ethical principles.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Hours:
Up to 20 hours per week: The preferred days of the week are Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
